Ah the fickle nature of the transfer market.
While yesterday it was being reported that Pedro had agreed personal terms for a move to Manchester United, the breaking news today would suggest that there is no chance of the Spaniard wearing a red jersey this season.
News from Manchester this morning suggests that Louis van Gaal has told Ed Woodward to end the pursuit of the Barcelona winger, despite the fact that Woodward had traveled to Spain this week to tie up the deal.

Whether United have a deal in place for a different player, a Thomas Muller for example, remains to be seen but it seems a pretty unusual move for the Manchester United manager given how much time they’ve put in to this transfer.
