Manchester United fan Usain Bolt criticises Louis van Gaal, and says Wayne Rooney is a ‘bit slow’

In fairness, who wouldn't be 'too slow' compared to Bolt?

Who’s next to have a go at poor Louis?

From disgruntled Manchester United fans to former players and opposition managers, it appears everyone has it in for Van Gaal.

And you can add multiple Olympic champion, fastest man alive and United fan Usain Bolt to the list of LVG’s enemies.

The sprinter thinks Van Gaal is Jamaican a mess of the United job (sorry), and that the club aren’t suited to the Dutchman’s passing style of play.

‘For me, with teams… if you are going to implement a style I think you first have to work out if a team can handle it,’ Bolt told the Daily Mail.

‘He’s trying to break down teams with this passing game, but United is not that team.’

Bolt then had some choice words for the current United playing squad, saying: ‘I don’t think this passing method that he has is ever going to work for Manchester United. Unless he changes all the players.’

‘If we had Giggs and Scholes still both in the middle, then it could be good.’

‘Mata is good but he’s too small. Rooney’s good but he plays a bit slow, and as a midfielder you’ve got to really move quickly. Like [Eden] Hazard or some of the players for Arsenal’.

Bolt had said in the past that he would like to one day play for the club he supports, but recently said he’d ‘changed his mind’ about playing for United.

Probably because he realises his speedy style of play wouldn’t fit in with Van Gaal’s possession game.
