The action gets underway at 12:30 pm when Tottenham Hotspur host West Ham United in a London derby.

Just before the international break, Ange Postecoglou’s side fell to a disappointing 3-2 defeat at Brighton despite previously racking up an impressive run of victories.

Meanwhile, Julen Lopetegui’s Hammers experienced the opposite, a difficult start to the season had ended with a 4-1 victory over Ipswich earlier this month.

All eyes will then be on Old Trafford for the 3 pm kick-off between Manchester United and Brentford.

Earlier this week it was reported that Erik ten Hag will be sacked if he loses his next two games.

United are currently sat in 14th place with only eight points from seven games. To add to Ten Hag’s woes, several players pulled out of international duty due to injury and though it is hoped they will be fit for Saturday, there’s no doubt the Red Devils are feeling fragile.

Rasmus Hojlund missed a training session with Denmark during the week as a precaution but is hopeful he’ll be fit for the weekend.

Alejandro Garnacho pulled out of international duty with Argentina citing a knee injury, but it is thought to be only a minor concern.

Meanwhile, Kobbie Mainoo will be out for a few weeks due to a muscle injury.

Elsewhere, Fulham take on Aston Villa, 17th-place Ipswich who are still looking for their first win of the season host 16th-place Everton and 7th-place Newcastle play Brighton who sit one place above them, equal on points.

Southampton who have just one point from seven games host Leicester, also at 3 pm while Arsenal travel to Bournemouth for the 5.30 pm kick-off.
