Pep Guardiola is not adverse to confrontation within his sides.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic said he was “immature” during their time together at Barcelona. Yaya Toure accused the former Barcelona manager of trying to ‘sabotage’ his final season at Manchester City. Brazilian defender Dante said he wasn’t good on a ‘human level’.
Guardiola certainly has had his detractors during his distinguished managerial career but his Manchester City team were historically great last season. The Sky Blues set records for goals scored in a Premier League campaign with 105 during the Premier League season while they also set a record for most wins in a single season with 32 victories.
It was an all-time great season for City and Amazon Prime captured it as part of their All or Nothing behind-the-scenes documentary.

Guardiola can be heard telling his players during one of the scenes in the series that he knows that some of his players play better when they are angry with him, and if they hate him, then hate him.
The documentary will be released on 17 August, just two days before City’s home opener with Huddersfield.
Amazon Prime Video customers will be able to access all eight episodes of the series which will be available in over 200 countries across the world.
