Mamadou Sakho will not play for Liverpool today.
Will the French defender feature for the Reds again in his career? Only time, and B samples, and appeals will tell.
French outlet RMC are reporting that Sakho has been left out of Liverpool’s squad for this afternoon’s match with Newcastle United.
Sakho, it has been claimed, has been suspended by the club for returning a positive in a recent drugs test.

This will come as a massive blow to his club as Sakho had hit form in recent months.
It may also lead to him missing France’s Euro 2016 campaign.
