Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro got the royal heave-ho, on Tuesday, from pitchside and matchday duties with the club after having the temerity to rush onto the field of play to treat a limping Eden Hazard.
There was a general outcry against Chelsea and Jose Mourinho, their boss, after he castigated Carneiro for doing her job with too much vim.
However, one Dublin club has put its adequate money where its mouth is and offered Carneiro a job.
