League of Ireland club Cabinteely FC are new to professional football, but they’re quickly winning over fans with tricks like these.
Having only gone pro this year, the Dublin club just finished their first season in Ireland’s second tier and will appear in a Football Manager game for the first time.
To celebrate, the club have offered a free season ticket to the first fan to lead them to a (fictional) league title.
To celebrate the new @FootballManager, the 1st person to win the Premier Division with us wins a Cabo Season Ticket! https://t.co/kM8YtLWF9c

In a statement, the club say: ‘This Friday sees the launch of the 2016 edition of Football Manager, the first to have Cabinteely F.C. in the game. To celebrate this fact we are running a competition to win a Cabinteely F.C. 2016 season ticket.
‘To be in with a chance of winning you need to achieve our ultimate goal and win the Premier Division as manager of Cabo! The player will need to earn promotion from the First Division before winning the Premier Division so be sure to start with Cabo as soon as you can.’
Fans are over the moon to have an excuse to binge out on the new game.
Always thought my lack of a job was a hindrance. Looks like I'll be getting a Cabinteely season ticket because of it though. Huge success.
