Kevin Doyle, you scamp.
Tim Howard will be heading off to the MLS to play for Colorado Rapids at the end of the season.
The United States goalkeeper, who’s spent the last 13 years in the English top flight, will leave Everton in the summer window for the MLS franchise. The Toffees allowed the 37-year-old shot-stopper to move to Colorado for a transfer fee of about $600,000, according to ESPN.
Irish international striker Kevin Doyle has been for a year now and has very fond memories of playing against Howard in England. To welcome his soon-to-be club mate, Doyle shared one of these fond memories from the time he was at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Twitter.
