Nice of Robbie Brady to show up for the support…
Jeff Hendrick is heading back to Burnley imminently to pitch himself straight into preseason for 2017/18.
The Ireland midfielder did not have much of a summer break in 2016, having represented his country at the European Championships, trained with Derby for the Championship season and secured a rapid promotion to the top flight when he signed with the Clarets.
Even when his first ever full season in the Premier League concluded, Hendrick turned out for Ireland in a summer friendly and World Cup qualifier.

He enjoyed four weeks off but, before he packs up to head back across the Irish Sea, he paid a visit to the Strength Performance Institute to get himself up to speed.
Hendrick posted several videos to his Instagram account as he completed sets of squats, dead-lifts, crunches and kettle-bell lifts.
Brady took in a few sets too before Hendrick stepped up to shift some heavy tin.
Good form, that.

He’ll be ready once 2017/18 kicks off in earnest.
