Republic of Ireland manager Heimir Hallgrimsson gave a hilarious response when asked what kind of performance he wants to see from his team in Tuesday's World Cup Qualifier against Armenia.
Ireland lost 1-0 late on in Lisbon against Portugal on Saturday, and their qualification hopes hang by a thread as they welcome Armenia to the Aviva.
Armenia beat Ireland 2-1 in September in what is considered their worst-ever international defeat, and Hallgrimsson would take any sort of victory on Tuesday to get Ireland moving.
Hallgrimsson also added: “I’ve always been honest with you, I believe in this team. I think this team has everything to qualify for the World Cup.
“We are not the favourites in the group at the moment, but a win tomorrow would change that. I believe we are going to do that."
