Poor Harry Kane.
Last season the Spurs man could do no wrong. He was one of their own, a homegrown hero, who may have been pictured wearing an Arsenal jersey as a youngster, but he was Spurs through and through.
Kane’s debut season as a first choice starter was stunning, scoring 31 goals in 51 games, which also saw him score with basically his first touch for England.
The sequel’s to Harry’s dream debut season hasn’t gone to plan so far. Kane has only scored two goals in the Premier League, and only one in the right end.
The 22-year-old scored an own-goal in Spurs’ 2-2 draw with Swansea, which means he’s now mistakenly put in his own net in each of the last three seasons.
A very bizarre record.
