Hull midfielder, and Irish international has been sent off for this crunching tackle on Kyle Naughton. The ball was there to be won, but Meyler’s tackle was unfortunately late and absolutely leveled the defender, catching him on the shin with the studs of his boot.
Naughton was forced off following the tackle.
The Corkman received a straight red card, and his side are currently trailing 2-1, multiple Ballon d’Or winner Paul McShane with the goal for Hull.
