“I think the Pogba penalty run-up might be for show.”
Paul Pogba gave Manchester United the lead in their Premier League game against Everton on Sunday.
However, the French midfielder got a slice of fortune after his penalty was saved by Jordan Pickford.
The French midfielder took a ridiculously long time over the penalty.
David Moyes was the Man United manager when Pogba started that run up, that's how long it took.

Between the ball being placed on the spot and Pickford’s save, 24-seconds elapsed.

Pogba’s penalty was then atrocious, straight down the middle and at a saveable height for Pickford in the Everton goal.
The England goalkeeper was unfortunate to see the ball land at Pogba’s feet.
The Frenchman tapped in the rebound.

United were somewhat lucky to get the penalty to begin with. The referee awarded the kick after Anthony Martial went down in the box following a challenge from Idrissa Gueye. The tackle was clumsy, but the Everton midfielder appeared to get a touch on the ball.
On commentary for Sky Sports, Gary Neville said that Pogba’s lengthy run-up was “for show” and he had a point.
Others found the incident humorous.
Takes real talent to play a one-two from the penalty spot. Pogba gives @ManUtd the lead.

Pogba then set up United’s second with his pass to Martial, who buried a wonderful curling effort after half-time.
