The Irish lads have no time for this new diving phenomenon.
On Wednesday night, Roy Keane came out with an amazing sound bite on Ashley Young’s blatant dive during Manchester United’s 1-0 victory at home to CSKA Moscow the night before.
And now former Republic of Ireland midfielder Keith Fahey has thrown his two cents, and studs, into the debate by claiming that Young’s piece of simulation was “embarrassing.”
#AshleyYoung dive from the other night was embarrassing i hope refs let lads get stuck into him now hes been at it for yrs.. #cheat

Fahey played opposite Young when the players lined out for Birmingham and Aston Villa respectively and it seems that the recently retired Fahey isn’t quick to forget their rivalry as he reminisced upon the time that he sent the usually airborne winger crashing to the ground in a crunching challenge.
I wouldnt tackle a rod & look at this fella.. 🐬 #cheat 🍂 #AshleyYoung #getoffme pic.twitter.com/2t98wa7AzT
