The game kicks off here at Wembley stadium… and Fabian Delph has been taken off with an injury.
Just nine seconds into England’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Switzerland, Delph’s dodgy hamstring acted up and he was replaced by Ross Barkley.
Obviously, after assuring that he would never leave Aston Villa, then proceeding to sign for Man City, Delph isn’t the most popular footballer in England right now. So, there was little sympathy from football fans on social media who were more than happy to kick the snake lion while he was down.
