Images showing Celtic’s leaked new home kit for the 2018/19 campaign have dropped, ahead of its release – as always is the case.
Set to be unveiled on Monday April 23, images of the shirt were published to Footy Headlines – a website with its finger firmly on the pulse of football kit news.
Made by New Balance, the shirt’s famous green and white hooped design also features a subtle check pattern, which can be seen on the close-up image below.
A rounded neck is finished off with a single button, with the same template being used for this shirt as is used for the recently revealed new Liverpool home shirt.
The club’s official sponsors Dafabet (front) and Magners (rear) are also visible on the shirt, with white shorts and green socks completing the kit but, by God, there is a lot of white on the jersey with the hoops on the sleeve broken up.
An official launch event for the new kit is taking place in Glasgow on Monday evening, as confirmed by a tweet from New Balance.

Liverpool’s new kit was unveiled last week and the colour is something behold but Celtic have parted ways with collars and have opted for a daring round-neck with next season’s effort.
It isn’t too far away from this season’s jersey – just a lot more white.
