This effort from Bray Wanderers only serves as further proof that the League of Ireland is the greatest league in the world.
There’s just something special about the way League of Ireland teams announce their new signings.
Whether it’s the location, the lighting, the quality of the camera or the competency of the photographer, you’re pretty much guaranteed some magic once transfer season starts.
For example, who could forget that wondrous Finn Harps announcement a few days ago.

The club knew the photo was ridiculous, but even when everyone was ripping the piss out of it, they kept it up.
Whoever runs their Twitter account even joined in with the zingers. It’s this self-deprecating humour that’s just an absolute delight to see.
Taco sauce added in for a hat trick.

Signings are happening regularly in the world’s greatest league, so we’re seeing an increased amount of Twitter announcements.
Bray Wanderers gave us a two-for-one special by publicising the signings of Paul O’Conor and Sean Heaney from St Patrick’s Athletic and Shamrock Rovers respectively.
It was the former Pats’ man’s photo that had everyone talking because of pretty hysterical minor detail.

On first glance, it seems like a standard transfer snap.
He’s got a big smiley head on him, his pen is pointed towards the paper, it looks like he’s just after signing a deal.
However, when you zoom in, you realise that it’s actually a blank page on the table in front of him, and boy did people enjoy this detail.
How much is his contract worth?? pic.twitter.com/bWcaRfhfgH
