Gunners assemble!!
We have surely reached the end of Premier League end-of-season polls at this stage?
The official Premier League website is clinging on to 2014/15, however, and is calling on vote-weary supporters to give it one last push/click for their favourite goals and players.
And, as is their wont, Arsenal fans have mobilised to make sure some of their players are included.
Premier League’s fan-voted Team of the Season is seven-elevenths complete – with defence, goalkeeper and centre midfield sorted. Here’s how it currently looks.

Just the two Gunners so far but expect Alexis Sanchez to feature. If the Gunners’ invasion of the Facebook end-of-season awards is replicated, expect Arsene Wenger to get the managerial nod.
If you think that smacks of ‘Ah here’, check out the tallied votes for the last remaining centre midfield slot:

Yes, 54% for Yaya. No sign of Nemanja Matic or Philippe Coutinho.
Not to be left out of the vote-rigging picture, Manchester United’s faithful have got behind Angel di Maria to give him a much-needed boost.
The Argentine’s lovely, lobbed effort against Leicester has won the league’s knock-out competition based Goal Cup.
