Steven Jovetic won’t be retiring to Limerick, anyway.
The Inter Milan forward is in the city ahead of their friendly against Celtic at Thomond Park, as part of the International Champions Cup pre-season tournament, and doesn’t appear to be having a good time.
Jovetic tweeted that it’s “too cold” in Ireland, and although Limerick’s climate isn’t anything like what he’s used to in Milan, the former Manchester City forward probably isn’t helping himself by wearing shorts.
No wonder he didn’t last long in Manchester.
