He wouldn’t actually do it, would he?
Tyson Fury is, once more, threatening to withdraw from the much publicised heavyweight title fight with Wladimir Klitschko on the day of the bout.
Earlier this week, Fury had voiced his dissatisfaction with the gloves that arrived in Germany, claiming that he would injure his thumb if he were to wear them against Klitschko.
That issue was resolved but Fury’s gonna Fury.
The Manchester fighter has claimed that he may pull out of tonight’s fight at the last minute as he and his camp are not happy with the ring canvas at the Esprit Arena.
The title challenger examined the mat this morning and believes that it is too soft and gives his opponent an unfair advantage.
Fury’s uncle, Peter Fury took to Twitter to vocalise his unhappiness.
Head of British Boxing board saying ring canvas is totally unacceptable. Boxing" more like moon walking#JOKE!!!

If their refusing to change this canvas which takes just one hour to remove foam" then it's simply cheating to gain unfair advantage.

There’s a lot of money to be lost if Fury does pull out so we reckon that this problem will be remedied before fight time.
