That’s exactly how long it took Usain Bolt to write this message to all his supporters in the Carlow athletics club of St Lawrence O’Toole this week.
The Jamaican is a long time friend of physiotherapist Anthony ‘Star’ Geoghegan, and decided to pen a lightening quick message to all his fans on the banks of the Barrow this week.
The athletics club is one of the country’s best known, and numbers rising Irish star Marcus Lawler among their ranks, while Geoghegan has treated some of the world’s top performers at his clinic including Asafa Powell and Blanka Vlasic.
The sign is all well and good but what we all want to see is Bolt in the most colourful GAA jersey around.
