They needed a doctor to tell us this
You could fit an octagon on a hardwood court right?
That’s all that was running through our minds as Klay Thompson got knocked out by a knee from Trevor Ariza in game five of their play-off series with Houston earlier this week.
The incident was entirely accidental but the injury has ruled him out for the start of the finals with Cleveland, and might see him miss the entire series which starts next Thursday.
The ear was lacerated badly at the time, but Thompson was cleared to continue playing but will now be under NBA concussion protocols
It was reported after the game that he was throwing up and unable to drive home and tonight the Golden State Warriors has confirmed that he did indeed take a very serious knock to the head
