Accidents will happen
Richard Jefferson didn’t mean to do it but that was no consolation to poor old Rajon Rondo last night. The Dallas Mavericks were playing the Orlando Magic and Rondo fell to the ground in the first quarter.
While on the hardwood, Rondo got tangled up with Jefferson and as his team-mate tried to hurdle him, he kneed Ronda square in the face.

Understandably, Rondo left the game with blood pouring from his nose and didn’t return.
