Beast mode to acting mode
Eric Cantona is about the sports star we can think of that can half act. Not that we’d say that to his face or anything. But being honest, sports people don’t tend to be able to remember lines, or express any emotional range whatsoever if they make it to the silver screen.
So we were more than a bit surprised when we heard that there was a film being made all about Marshawn Lynch but not at all shocked that he’s going to star in it himself
The Seattle Seahawks man is not exactly the best in front of a camera but he sure knows how to remember lines and repeat them again and again.
With that in mind he was the perfect guy to play himself in the upcoming Family First: The Marshawn Lynch Story.
The beast himself is portrayed by two actors, including his brother Davonte as Lynch in high school and Demarea Davis as the emerging NFL star in middle school.
Lynch himself goes all dramatic as he plays himself in the final third of the film, but with no release date in sight we may have to wait a while to see if Lynch will be taking home a little golden statuette in the future
