The NFL went all Bizarro World this weekend
Houston Texans fan favourite JJ Watt showed the world yet again that his talents aren’t limited to inflicted physical pain on the opposition yesterday. While playing a good old game of catch with the fans ahead of the Pro Bowl, Watt pulled off a wonderful, backwards-bending, one-handed catch that sent the crowd into a frenzy.
His reaction to making the great snag is enough to make even the toughest souls soil themselves in terror.
However, making crazy catches isn’t the only skill in Watt’s repertoire. The Texans defensive end also proved that he would make a pretty decent option on special teams during a 2015 Pro Bowl practice. Watt fired over a 35-yard field goal during the session with ease.
Is there anything this man can’t do with a football?
Odell Beckham Jr, the man responsible for arguably the greatest one-handed catch in NFL history, also made his case for becoming a kicker while warming up before the Giants’ Pro Bowl game on Sunday.
The wide receiver upstaged Watt a little bit by crushing a 45-yard field goal and following it up with a fantastically over-the-top celebration.
