It’s advantage Warriors again

Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors were back on top form as they levelled their Western Conference semi-final series against the Memphis Grizzlies.

After going just 4-21 from three-point range over the previous two games, which saw Memphis take a 2-1 series lead against the West’s top seeds, regular season MVP Curry hit four of his nine triples in Game 4 en route to a 33-point haul that led the Warriors to a 101-84 road win.

In the East, the run of magical buzzer-beaters came to an abrupt end when Paul Pierce missed the chance to send Washington’s Game 4 against the Atlanta Hawks to overtime, leaving the visitors to claim a 104-101 win that also evens their series 2-2.

The 37-year-old has been in incredible form in the play-offs, hitting this buzzer beater on Saturday night as the Wizards won Game 3, and had hit five of his six threes before the final shot, including this beautiful pirouette in the first quarter.

Tonight sees a pair of Game 5s as LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers host the Chicago Bulls with the series tied, while the LA Clippers, leading 3-1, will look to close out their series against Houston.
