The New England Patriots will represent the AFC in the Super Bowl after their 24-20 come from behind win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Foxborough.
The Patriots trailed 20-10 heading at the start of the fourth quarter and scored two touchdowns through Danny Amendola to reverse a 10-point deficit.
Brady hit Amendola on both strikes while star receiver Rob Gronkowski left the game late in the second quarter after he took a big helmet-to-helmet hit from Jacksonville Jaguars safety Barry Church.
The win will send the Patriots to their 10th Super Bowl in franchise history and their eigth appearance under the quarter-back/head coach axis of Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.
