The Grand Slam is still on for these lads.
While Joe Schmidt’s men suffered defeat in their Six Nations opener against Scotland, the Under-20s have displayed amazing resilience to record a pair of one-point victories over Scotland and Italy away from home.
The fixtures for Nigel Carolan’s young guns run in conjunction with the seniors, so just as the seniors welcome France to the Aviva on Saturday, the U20s will face France in their first Electric Ireland Six Nations Home Game at Donnybrook on Friday night at 8pm.
Adult tickets start at €15 but we have two pairs of passes to give away, courtesy of our friends at Electric Ireland.
It is a chance to see stars of the future like captain Jack Kelly, winger Calvin Nash, out-half Johnny McPhillips and try-scoring hero Jordan Larmour.
If the opening two fixtures are anything to go by, fans are in for a nail-biting evening’s entertainment and only a fool would leave early.
Follow the games with the hashtag #FutureStars and via @ElectricIreland on Twitter.
