The video review on Monday won’t be pretty.
Munster responded excellently to last weekend’s disappointing loss at home to the Scarlets in Thomond Park by completing their away clean sweep of the Welsh regions with a gritty 23-13 win over the Cardiff Blues at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park.
It was a tight game and Munster were behind for a lot of it but as we have come to expect from the men in red this season, Rassie Erasmus’ side fought back to clinch a much-needed victory to get their play-off ambitions back on track.
Tries from Francis Saili and Conor Oliver including points from the boot of Rory Scannell secured the victory but it was Saili’s try in the 52nd minute that got Munster back in the game.
However, his task was made so much easier thanks to some catastrophic defending from former Munster and Ulster back-row, Nick Williams.
Munster had possession outside Cardiff’s 22 and what is glaringly obvious is the huge gap which the home side’s defence create at the fringe of the ruck.
Saili does excellently to spot this and races clear to score a try under the posts.

Cardiff fans will be left furious over Williams’ positioning at the ruck, he clearly looks wrecked and is unable to react in time as Saili makes a break for it.
He will undoubtedly be getting an earful this week from the coaching staff.
