Two things.
1. Fair play to CJ Stander for not retaliating.
2. Josaia Raisuqe can expect a ban.
The first half was just coming to a close when Raisuqe got a rush of blood to the head and appeared to jam his fingers into the eyes of Munster captain CJ Stander in the Champions Cup clash in Paris.
The decision was a stupid one, let alone vicious, and referee Nigel Owens didn’t hesitate to pull out a red card, at the second time of asking, after consulting with his TMO.
Rugby fans were in no doubt about the decision.
In a massive display of double standards, I now commend the TMO on the red card for Raisuqe #eagleeyed Derek Bevan! #StaVMun no place for it

Not good by Raisuqe after attempting to gouge CJ Stander. Going to be a big second half for Minster

Great spot by TMO Derek Bevan. Raisuqe completely losing his head and sticking his fingers in Stander's eyes.

Yeah had to be a Red Card… Dirt stuff by Raisuqe, standard Stade stuff, surprised it wasnt Dupuy again!

But Munster couldn’t make their man advantage pay as they crashed out of Europe by an embarrassing scoreline of 27-7.
