Forget man and ball, now rugby players are clearing woman and ball

Camille Lopez had an outstanding night for France as they survived a major scare from Scotland tonight to open their Six Nations account with a win. The outhalf was central to the 15-10 victory in Paris with his five successful penalties proving the difference between the sides.

Lopez was so eager and up for the match with the Scots that he even pole-axed one of the France backroom team after scoring a penalty.

The poor woman did spring right back to her feet as the number 10 quickly apologised. Bet she brings a high vis vest with her next time she approaches the pitch.

Remember ‘Be Safe,Be Seen.

The incident happened just as Lopez scored his side’s fifth penalty of the night. Scotland had given France a massive shock just before half time as Dougie Fife crossed for the game’s only try.

However Scotland discipline left them down and Lopez punished them with the boot as they head for the Aviva next Saturday.
