Check out this wonderful try from the Leinster fourth division that includes a nice touch of GAA footwork.

Greystones captain Taragh Hanley capitalised on a wayward pass from the opposing team’s scrum half to make a phenomenal run. Hanley intercepted the poor pass and then chased up the loose ball well.

Rather than waste valuable seconds bending over and picking up the bouncing ball, Hanley pulled off a magnificent piece of skill that looked like it came straight from a GAA ground to pick up the ball. After all the hard work was done, she personified calmness running the length of the field to make it over the line and give her side five points.

The Seabirds went on to score an emphatic 46-7 victory over Clontarf.
