As a dyed-in-the-wool prop, even watching sevens rugby gives me a nose-bleed.
It’s not that I don’t like it, I’m just more than a little bit terrified of it. And after watching this video from the Hong Kong Sevens at the weekend, I almost needed the office defibrillator to be brought into action.
