“Pain is temporary. Pride is permanent.”
Love him or hate him, Richie McCaw will go down as one of the greats of world rugby, and a new movie about the former All Black captain looks set to give a unique insight into the life of a sporting legend.
McCaw retired last month having played in more tests than any other player after leading New Zealand to their third World Cup success and the documentary focuses on his final year as an international rugby star.
The movie is due to be released next year.
