Kerry should feature in every single promo. Ever.
It’s picturesque, it’s mighty, it’s inspiring.
And the western tip of the Dingle peninsula lends itself perfectly to this new Land Rover Rugby World Cup ad.
Kerry club, Rugbaí Chorca Dhuibhne, feature alongside teams from all over the globe in a stirring promo video from the tournament’s worldwide partner.
The club, which is set at the foot of Mount Brandon as Europe’s most westerly rugby outfit, is an Irish-speaking establishment that competes at junior level.
And the men’s senior team were captured running up the scenic Dún Chaoin pier in Dingle as part of a pre-season regime that we don’t even want to see more than 10 seconds of for fear we’ll faint.
Rugbaí Chorca Dhuibhne are one team that are shown in this brilliant “grassroots to the greatest stage” story beside teams from England, Wales, France and as far away as Fiji.
And, call us biased, but we think the Irish landscape looks the best. Fair play, lads.

And the team didn’t just have a cameo appearance.
The full video of life as a Kerry rugby player – or club person – has since come up and, we must say, we want to join. They’ve got the life of it.
