Mils Muliaina knows what World Cups are all about.
He knows what it’s like to lose in them – he’s done that twice. Â He also knows what it’s like to win one after he tasted glory with New Zealand in 2011.
The 100-caps international player joined up with Connacht in May and he has been impressed with what he has seen in the four provinces so far. Â That set-up and the players that have come through the island’s structure are why Mils isn’t surprised by the country’s recent performances in the Autumn Internationals. Â And it’s also why he thinks Joe Schmidt’s boys can challenge in England next year.
In a cool interview with Life Style Sports, the 34-year-old opens up on his thoughts on Irish rugby and what the future could hold.
