If Simon Zebo hadn’t got there, Toulouse would have definitely scored.
The Munster fullback was his side’s best attacking weapon in a tense, and at times compelling, first half at Thomond Park.
Seeking to reach the European Cup semi-finals for the first time in three years, Munster got off to a great start with a converted John Ryan try and two Tyler Bleyendaal penalties.

They were 13-3 up, after 33 minutes, when Jean-Marc Doussain looked to have teed up Florian Fritz for a simple score.
His grubber kick bounced up perfectly for Fritz but, out of nowhere, Zebo appeared to intercept before he clattered into the posts. It was incredible brave from the Cork native and exactly what is required in knock-out rugby.
.@SimonZebo does very well here and takes a wallop off the post for his troubles #MUNvTOU pic.twitter.com/u7XvGqtd4Q
