Scalps don’t get much bigger than this.
Ireland U20s have managed to upset the odds and score a historic 33-24 victory in the World Rugby U20 Championships.
Nigel Carolan’s boys all but guaranteed their place in the semi-final of the tournament, following up their outstanding opening victory over Grand Slam champions Wales.
The Irish only have Georgia left to play in Pool A before the knockout stages and they will confident heading into the clash as the Kiwis annihilated the minnows 55-0 in their Pool A opener.
Unsurprisingly, Ireland’s stunning performance against the All-Blacks was the talk of the rugby community on Twitter, who heaped praise on the youngsters for their incredible achievement.
Terrific result from the 20's. Huge congrats to all involved.

Unreal performance by the irish u20's by the sounds of it. Moving house and not having your telly to watch is very annoying. #WorldRugbyU20s
