PIC: Poor old Luke Fitzgerald can’t catch a break these days

The Leinster winger seems to have taken his clamping in good spirits

SportsJOE

We’re not entirely sure if removing a clamp yourself is entirely legal. In fact…

Luke Fitzgerald is not letting the minor matter of a car-clamping disrupt his focus from Leinster’s must-win clash against Harlequins this weekend.

The versatile back was picked with clamp-in-hand following his team’s training session out at UCD this afternoon. There are no signs of clampers in the background but we are sure Fitzgerald paid his clamping charge in swift fashion and got back home for the rest that is so crucial in the life of a professional sportsman.

A much likelier option B is that Reid and some Leinster colleagues were playing a prank on Fitzgerald and captured his reaction as he realised he was not €90 out of pocket.
