With his three try haul so far in this year’s championship, he is definitely up there when it comes to who will emerge in March as the tournament’s top try scorer.
One shrewd punter seems to have no doubt about the 29-year-old’s ability to cross the whitewash, as before the tournament started, he backed the Limerick man to win this accolade come the final weekend.
Yes you read that right, Earls was a remarkable 75/1 before the tournament started.
After his performances over the first two rounds, that has now moved to 2/1 in most markets.
So it’s safe to say that this particular punter will be keeping a keen eye on the events which unfold over the coming weeks as he may be set for a seriously fun St. Patrick’s weekend.
