It seems Leinster’s biggest blow-in supporter has been located in Edinburgh

Fresh as a daisy

Patrick McCarry

Atmosphere is building in Edinburgh and we hope the Irish supporters will be able to remember the game.

Leinster and Connacht do battle in this evening’s Guinness PRO12 final and a [mostly Irish] crowd north of 35,000 is expected to be in attendance.

Many fans arrived in the Scottish capital on Friday and were only too delighted to pose for photos.

One Leinster fan look well pumped for Saturday’s showdown. So pumped, indeed, that he had to show off a jersey that he either just bought or takes care of meticulously.

Of course, as Stephen McCarthy points out, the chap may have had a Leinster jersey handed to him to add some colour to the photo.

That could well be his defence but there is absolutely none for his tartan cap.
