It looked like Leinster would cruise to victory when the impressive Dan Leavy scored the game's first try after five minutes but the away side hit back with a try of their own just seven minutes later.
Leinster stuttered at times throughout the game as they were guilty of some unforced errors and they will need to get it right on the training ground over the next week as they have London Wasps coming to the Aviva Stadium for the Champions Cup quarter-final.
