It has become a fixture of the Irish rugby season – Leinster and Munster going head-to-head at the Aviva Stadium.
There were wails across the nation, just after midday today, when the Guinness PRO12 fixtures were released and Leinster vs. Munster was set for the RDS.

The fixture has been a sell-out affair in recent years and even came close to being full, last November, after many had Irish rugby up to the gills amid World Cup blues.
Leinster would factor in the visit of Munster a huge source of revenue, especially now that the Champions Cup knock-out stages and home league semi-finals are no longer a guarantee.
Fans of both provinces took to Twitter to query as to why Leinster would take on Munster at an RDS arena that has less than have the capacity of the Aviva Stadium.
Fear not, however, as Leinster moved quickly to assure fans there would indeed by an inter-pro match in D4.
.@ThumundLark @Munsterrugby @AVIVAStadium apologies folks – that's uploaded centrally by PRO12 – will update now. Definitely Aviva!
