Ireland head coach Joe Schmidt will name his squad this afternoon with scrum-half Conor Murray set to be excluded.
The Munster half-back has not played since Ireland’s summer tour of Australia with Luke McGrath, John Cooney and Kieran Marmion expected to slot in as the three scrum-halves named.
Elsewhere Leinster fly-half Ross Byrne could be in line to make his Ireland debut after he failed to see the pitch on the summer tour of Australia while Ulster centre Will Addison has been tipped as a potential call up after impressing through the first two months of this season.
