Ireland vs Wales: How to watch and stream the 2025 Six Nations game

SportsJOE

Ireland head to Wales as they continue on their quest for a third-straight Six Nations title.

Ireland face Wales this weekend in the Six Nations, and here is everything you need to know, including TV details, team news, and referee details.

What date and time is Ireland vs Wales?

Ireland take on Wales at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday, February 22.

Kick-off is at 2:15 pm.

What is at stake and what was the result in the last Six Nations match between Ireland and England?

Ireland are heavy favourites for the game and are the only team left in the Six Nations who are still in the hunt for the Grand Slam.

Provided they win the game first, they will want to put a big score on Wales, in case the Championship comes down to points difference.

Wales are playing their first game under interim head coach Matt Sherratt, following the sudden departure of Warren Gatland.

How can I watch?

In Ireland, RTÉ and Virgin Media are sharing coverage of the tournament, while the BBC and ITV share coverage in the UK.

In Ireland, you can watch Ireland vs Wales on Virgin Media 1, and stream the game on the Virgin Media Player.

In the UK, the Six Nations match will be broadcast live on BBC 1, and you can stream it live on BBC iPlayer.
