Ireland will be without the two players as they bid to reach the World Championship semi-finals.
Ireland Under 20 players Rory Telfer and James McNabney have both been issued with three match bans.
Ireland, who are currently competing at this summer’s Under 20 World Rugby Championship in South Africa, are in second place behind England in their pool.
The two players were issued with the bans following Ireland’s 30-10 victory over Australia in the previous round of fixtures.
Both Telfer and McNabney were cited for dangerous tackles, with Telfer receiving an in-game red card.

The Ulster duo have the right to appeal the decision within the first 48 hours of the ban being issued.
Coached by former Ireland skills and kicking coach Richie Murphy, the under 20’s drew their opening clash of the tournament against familiar foes England 34-all, before the resounding victory over Australia in their last outing.
They now head in to their final group game knowing that victory over Fiji could see them reach the tournament semi-finals.
England, who lead the pool, will face off against Australia, with the Irish side hoping the young Wallabies can do them a favour in denting England’s final four hopes.
