There’s a lot more to talk about goings on off the pitch than on it after the first half of action in Ireland women’s game with France tonight.
The floodlights went out at the beginning of the second half of the Women’s Six Nations round two game after the sides entered the dressing room at 0-0 at the break.
And after failing to get the lights up and running, the decision was made to prepare the back pitch for play.
It could only happen on Friday the 13th.
Floodlights under repair in Ashbourne and 2nd pitch being prepared as back up. The referee will make decision shortly.
