So this is how New Zealanders throw themselves into the… erm… Scottish lifestyle.
Dan Carter is celebrating his return from a broken leg with an old fashioned bout of pig racing.
The All Blacks fly half will make his first start in a year against Scotland on Saturday and he is in fine form because of it, posting a picture on his Twitter account seemingly roaring on toy pigs with team mate Charlie Faumuina.
The New Zealand team arrived in Edinburgh on Tuesday ahead of their Autumn International game at Murrayfield this weekend and Carter, the country’s all-time leading scorer, is one of 13 changes to be named in the starting line-up from the team that beat England.
And, judging from these tweets, the pressure isn’t getting to the number 10. Sure when does it ever?
