Brilliant fan pictures emerge of Brian O’Driscoll crowdsurfing in Hong Kong

Don’t drop him on his dodgy shoulder lads.

Brian O’Driscoll loves a good crowd-surf. Irish rugby’s most-capped player, and record try-scorer, once flung himself upon the adoring masses in The Fiddler pub in Auckland during his country’s tour of New Zealand in 2006.

He kept crowd-surfing down to a minimum – apart from a Mumford & Sons concert a few years back – until his playing days were over.

Now that his rugby boots are well and truly hung up, he is indulging in that tribal passion of flinging oneself atop a heaving mass of human bodies.

O’Driscoll was snapped by JOE.ie reader Helen Laverty in full party mode at the Hong Kong Sevens, where he is working as an ambassador for HSBC.
