Geoff Parling helped Exeter Chiefs into the Champions Cup quarter finals at the weekend.
The England lock has been a rock for the Chiefs ever since his switch from Leicester Tigers and was right in the mix, again, as Ospreys were sent packing at Sandy Park.
Parling paid a high price for his combative ways, however, and was a bloody mess by the time the final whistle sounded.

He needed surgical intervention to mend a deep, deep head gash, which occurred when he was caught on the wrong side of a ruck.
Last night, Parling felt compelled to share this GRAPHIC image of his head wound.
You have been warned.
